Ray Sigorta is selected the “Best Employer”

Ray Sigorta completed the International Great Place To Work Recognition Program and received the “Best Employer” award from Great Place to Work in the “Category of 250-500 Employees” this year, with its successful results from employee surveys measuring the trust index and workplace culture analysis.

Putting both customer and employee satisfaction at the center of its business processes, Ray Sigorta continues to receive positive feedbacks from the business and working culture it has created within the organization. Ray Sigorta, which was entitled to receive the title of “Great Place To Work® Certified” last year, was also entitled to be named as the “Best Employer” in the category of companies with 250-500 employees this year. Stating that they are happy to get the results of a long and productive work, Ray Sigorta General Manager Koray Erdoğan said, “We achieved a great success by being included in the list of Turkey’s best employers. Our employees have been the focus of our company strategy. The best part is that we see the positive results of the increasing satisfaction of our employees in all business processes with the practices we have implemented. Two-step evaluation process

The Great Place To Work Recognition Program, where institutions from more than 62 countries participate, includes a two-step recognition and rewarding process. As a result of the evaluations, the Trust Index© employee survey, which measures the reliability, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit dimensions of the institutions and the perceptions of the employees about the current corporate culture, and the Culture Audit© workplace culture analysis, which analyzes the entire HR practices, the institutions are referred to as Great Place To Work certified workplace. In the second stage, as a result of Trust Index© and Culture Audit© analyzes, all institutions above a specific threshold score are evaluated to be nominated to be included in Turkey’s “Best Employers” list. As a result of the final evaluations made by Great Place To Work, institutions that have completed the necessary qualifications are included in the list of “Turkey’s Best Employers.”

Stating that being selected as the “Best Employer” is the reward of three years of hard work, Koray Erdoğan concluded by saying, “As Ray Sigorta, we have determined our priorities and targets very well. We do not doubt that our success will continue as long as we blend the right strategy with high business ethics and working principles focused on creating value in our business area.
