Pursuant to Article 33/B of the Insurance Law No. 5684 and provisions of the “Regulation on Money Not Requested by Beneficiaries within the Scope of Insurance Subject to Private Law Provisions” published in the Official Gazette dated 08.10.2013 and numbered 28789, if the beneficiaries do not seek the indemnity money until the fifteenth day of June following the statute of limitations, it shall be transferred to the Assurance Account until the end of June or to the institutions engaged in insurance activities pursuant to the provisions of the Private Law.
