Regarding the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677 in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, the privacy of private life in particular, in the processing of personal data and to determine the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data; as Ray Sigorta A.Ş., a company registered at İstanbul Trade Registry Office with registration No. 297257 and residing at Cumhuriyet Mah. Ray Sigorta A.Ş. keeps the system infrastructure and internet contents at the most reliable level in order to protect the privacy of the personal information it receives from its customers and/or customer’s officials and/or shareholders and/or business partners.
Ray Sigorta A.Ş. may collect identity information, contact information, insurance information, health information, health process information, health risk management information, claim information, and personal data and/or sensitive personal data in other categories permitted by the legislation (collectively, “personal data”) from Health Insurance Information and Supervision Center (SAGMER), the Ministry of Health, Social Security Institution (SSI), health institutions and organizations, insured candidates and insured persons. Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
Preparation of insurance offers, provision of insurance services,
Fulfillment of the requirements of your agreement and policy, the inclusion of spouse, children, and related persons in the policy,
Fulfillment of legal obligations in accordance with the legislation to which Ray Sigorta A.Ş. is subject,
Fulfillment of data storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the Undersecretariat of Treasury and other authorities,

For the purposes and legal reasons stated in this information text,
Your personal data or sensitive personal data may be transferred to MASAK, regulatory and supervisory public institutions and organizations such as the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance; insurance support service providers, intermediaries, other insurance companies, SAGMER, third parties from whom services are received domestically, program partner organizations with which we cooperate, other third parties, and reinsurers due to reinsurance transactions that are complementary to insurance activities in order to carry out our insurance activities; and our principal shareholder, direct/indirect shareholders, and group companies operating in the country in order to ensure the continuity of our business activities.
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically by the General Directorate, third-party agencies we cooperate with, banks, brokers through different channels such as www.raysigorta.com.tr, our mobile application, and our call center at 444 4 729.
Your personal data collected through the methods mentioned above may be processed and transferred by obtaining explicit consent pursuant to the principles stipulated in article 4/2 of the PDPL or without obtaining explicit consent in case of the existence of the situations specified in the provisions of articles 5/2 and 6/3 of PDPL, as the case may be.
Pursuant to Article 11 of Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right:
to learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
if processed, to request information regarding this procedure,
to learn the purpose of your data processing and whether such data are used for intended purposes,

Ray Sigorta A.Ş will finalize the claims in your applications as soon as possible, free of charge, but in any case, within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the claims. However, if the procedure requires any cost, Ray Sigorta A.Ş. will collect the fee specified in the tariff determined by Personal Data Protection Board.

İşbu muvafakatname çerçevesinde, Ray Sigorta tarafından yapılan bilgilendirmeye dayanarak, sağlık verilerimin yukarıda sayılan amaçlarla sınırlı olarak işlenmesine Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) m. 11 kapsamındaki yasal haklarımı öğrendikten sonra özgür iradem ile açık rıza verdiğimi beyan ederim.
Ray Sigorta Anonim Şirketi (“Ray Sigorta”) olarak 5809 sayılı Elektronik Haberleşme Kanunu, 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında tarafınıza ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesi ve kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi, saklanması ve aktarılması ile ilgili sizlere bilgi vermek amacıyla işbu Elektronik Ticari İleti Kuralları ve Bilgilendirme Metni hazırlanmıştır.
Bu kapsamda, paylaşmış olduğunuz telefon ve e-posta gibi iletişim bilgileriniz, izin vermeniz halinde pazarlama iletişiminde kullanmak üzere; pazarlama faaliyetleri kapsamında iletişimin yürütülmesi, pazarlama süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası, pazarlama analiz çalışmalarının yapılması; hizmet, tanıtım, duyuru, etkinlik, reklam, promosyon, vb. ticari elektronik iletilerin mobil uygulamalar, sosyal medya hesapları, SMS, e-posta dahil rıza vermiş olduğunuz kanallar üzerinden gönderilmesi amaçlarıyla 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanunun altıncı maddesi gereğince ticari elektronik ileti onay şartına ve KVKK’nın beşinci maddesinin birinci fıkrası gereğince açık rıza hukuki sebebine dayanılarak işlenecektir.
Açık rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz, elektronik ticari ileti gönderilmesine ilişkin olarak vermiş olduğunuz onayı geri almanız durumunda açık rızanızı geri çektiğiniz kabul edilecektir.
Ray Sigorta tarafından kişisel verileriniz/verileriniz doğrudan veya veri işleyenleri aracılığıyla kullanılacak, belirtilen amaçların gerçekleştirilmesi doğrultusunda Ray Sigorta’nın iş ortakları ve tedarikçileri ile paylaşılacaktır.
KVKK’nın on birinci maddesinde sayılan haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ”e göre Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hakkında Bilgilendirme Metni’nde belirtilen kanallardan iletebilirsiniz.

"In order to protect the no-claims bonus, your policy period must be completed undamaged. However, certain cases do not invalidate your no-claims bonus. In the case of damage that you are 100% faultless during the policy period, and if you have only one glass breakage damage, the discount right transfers to the next level in the policy renewal. In case you suffer one damage during your policy term at Ray Sigorta, and this damage is repaired at our HOM services, your no-claim bonus will continue without any change. If it is repaired outside of HOM services, the no-claim bonus is reduced by one level.
More than one variable is taken into account when calculating casco prices. The model, age, license plate province of the vehicle, and past damages of the vehicle and the driver are among the factors that determine the insurance value. Apart from these, the preferred additional coverage and, if any, accessory amounts or no-claim bonus also play a decisive role in the calculation of the premium.
The accessories in the original state of your vehicle are included in the vehicle price. Equipment and accessories added at the factory or later are included in your insurance coverage with an additional premium, depending on your statement.
IMM coverage provides additional protection up to the limit specified in the policy in cases where the limits provided by the compulsory traffic insurance are insufficient for material and bodily damages to third parties. You can choose from limits ranging from 10,000 TRY to 2,500,000 TRY according to your needs.
The IMM coverage limit option you prefer while issuing your casco policy is added to your policy. The portion above the traffic insurance limits is automatically activated and covered by your insurance in case of damage.
A deductible is an amount that the insured is responsible for paying toward an insured loss according to the rate determined in the policy. Cascos with deductibles are lower in price than insurance with no deductibles. Thereby, you can have casco at less cost. The higher the selected deductible amount, the higher the discount rate to be applied. In case of damage, your policy gets activated for the amounts exceeding the selected one; however, if the amount remains below the deductible, you will bear the damage. If the deductible is above the damage cost, the determined deductible is deducted from the indemnity payment.
