1. Prepare your vehicle, the identity information of the person/institution that your vehicle belongs to, and other documents that we will need during the damage process.
  • The traffic accident report from the police or gendarmerie (certified), or Material Damage Accident Report

  • Alcohol report (certified)

  • Copy of license

  • Copy of driving license

  • Copy of policy

  • Firefighter report in case car burns in the fire

  • Photos of the damage

  • If there is bodily damage, prepare the following documents in addition to the above.

2. Notify us of your claim, and we will create your file.

3. Note the file number informed by the Call Center.

In this way, you will be able to access information about the file as soon as possible.

4. Take your vehicle to service

If your car is immobile or cannot be taken to the service, act in accordance with the directions of our Call Center.
