MTPL (Traffic)

In case of material damage to third parties

The traffic accident report from the police or gendarmerie (certified), or Material Damage Accident Report
Alcohol report (certified)
Copy of license
Copy of driving license
Copy of policy
Firefighter report in case car burns in a fire

In case of bodily damage (death or injury) to third parties

The traffic accident report from the police or gendarmerie (certified)
Family identity register copy
Letter of Release issued by the notary public regarding the indemnity paid by the insured amicably to third parties with the consent of the company
The court decision, execution order, and collection receipt regarding the indemnity paid by the court decision
Letter of consent (requested from the insured while making the payment from the Facultative Liability policy)
The earnings certificate showing income status (certified)
In addition to the above;

In case of death
- Certificate of inheritance
- Death report
- Hospital final report (for injury)
In case of an accident
- Discharge report (for injury)
- Original copies of treatment expense invoices
